PinXsters has a zero-tolerance policy towards any material that depicts or shows explicit images or videos that were taken, appear to have been taken or that were shared without the consent of the people involved.
Do NOT use the platform to upload, post, or otherwise share explicit images or videos that were taken, appear to have been taken or that were shared without the consent of the people involved. Examples of the types of content that violate this policy include, but are not limited to*:
Videos or photos of any person, whether in a public or private setting, without that persons valid written consent (such as hidden/spy camera content, or up-skirt content);
Sharing non-sexually explicit images of someone else without their valid written consent;
Sharing explicit sexual images of someone else without their valid written consent (this would include, namely: non-consensual distribution of intimate images, also commonly referred to as revenge porn);
“Doxing, defined as exposing private and identifying information about a particular individual, including phone number, e-mail, address, or full name).
Persons appearing drugged, incapacitated, or intoxicated** involved in sexual acts;
Any “deepfakes whatsoever (manipulating a persons image, whether in picture or video, to deceive or mislead the viewer into believing that person is acting or speaking in the way presented, absent artistic merit).
In order to maintain a safe community and at the same time respect sensitive themes we have decided not to allow the above themes and acts and at the same time make clear we are not being judgmental but this is for business continuity reasons.
In all cases where we identify or are made aware of content that violates this policy, our Moderation teams work swiftly to:
Investigate and remove infringing content;
block future uploads of the same content to our sites; AND
Where necessary Suspend or permanently terminate the associated uploader's account.
